Overview

As the first self-manageable SSAI solution on the market, Serverside.ai provides a convenient and easy-to-use interface. This document covers account setup, user management, and notification settings.

Add users

To add additional users to your company account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://admin.serverside.ai/app/settings/users
  2. Click the Invite Users button. 
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to add. 
  4. After the user has been created, navigate to their detail page to change the user’s role. You can select one of the following roles: 
  • Viewer: can view reports and customize dashboards to gain insights into channel and ad campaign performance metrics.
  • Editor: has the same access as the Viewer and can also edit channels and assets. 
  • Admin: has the same access as the Editor and can additionally manage subscriptions and users.

Notifications

You can receive different types of notifications to stay informed about account activity and system updates. There are two types of notifications: 

  • System notifications: provide general information about your account, including notifications about newly registered users and new releases. All Admin users receive these notifications by default. 
  • Custom notifications: provide additional alerts, for example, about failed jobs. You can subscribe to specific events in the user’s detail page.
