Monitoring

System monitoring

With our SOC 2- and GDPR-compliant Application Performance Monitoring (APM) system, we can quickly identify issues, for example, those caused by attacks or hardware failures on our servers. These capabilities let us analyze potential network problems in real time so we can find solutions before they have a noticeable impact on our customers.

Stream monitoring

In a perfect world, your streams and content would be 100% online. But in reality, you are running complex systems where things can occasionally go wrong, such as a server outage, an encoder misconfiguration, or network issues. In such situations, you have to act fast. Serverside.ai provides round-the-clock notifications and insights whenever source streams encounter issues or when we detect that ads can no longer be replaced.

Availability monitoring

All our services are additionally monitored by an external system that alerts us if any of the observation tools, such as System monitoring or Logging, experience issues.

Logging

Our centralized logging facilities comply with SOC 2 and GDPR. They let us monitor all incoming traffic and identify attacks before they can cause harm.

Security

To provide you with the highest level of security, our authentication system is ISO 27001- and SOC 2 Type II-certified. We follow industry-standard best practices and build security into every stage of our development and operations processes. 

If you choose our BASIC tier, you will need to provide your payment information. Our payment provider complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider—the most stringent certification available in the payments industry.
