Use fill rate report
Overview
The Fill rate report shows how well your inventory fills pageviews. This article explains how to access, configure, and generate a fill rate report.
Access
To access a fill rate report, sign in to the Kamino platform and select Reporting > Fill Rate from the left menu.
Generate fill rate report
To generate a fill rate report, follow these steps:
- In the Scope section, select a retailer.
- In the Dimensions field, select one or more dimensions for the report: Time, Context-key, Format, Page type, or Position. ⓘ Note: Time is selected by default and can't be unselected.
- Optional: In the Filters section, select filters to narrow down the report:
- In the Page type field, select one or more page types: Category, Confirmation, Custom list, Home, Product Search, Shop, or Universe.
- In the Position field, select one or more positions: Bottom, Left Gutter, Middle, Middle-Bottom, Middle-Centre, Middle-Native, Middle-Product, Middle-Right, Middle-Top, Right Gutter, or Top.
- Optional: In the Context-keys section, fill in only one of the three lists: Keywords, Categories, Product categories, as they are mutually exclusive. ⓘ Note: adding a category forces the page type to “category”, while adding a keyword forces it to “search".
- In the Keywords section, click the plus icon, enter keywords separated by commas, and click Add.
- In the Category section, click the plus icon, enter the category name, and click Add.
- In the Product categories section, click the plus icon, enter cross categories, and click Add.
- In the Period section, select a time grain: Monthly, Weekly, Daily as well as Start Date and End Date.
- In the Report Summary section, review your settings and click Generate report. To configure a report from scratch, click Reset All.
The CSV file downloads as soon as generation finishes, and the form remains editable.
If you select context-key as a dimension, you can select a maximum date range of 30 days. Otherwise, you can select up to 180 days.
