Create user account
Overview
This guide explains how to request a user account for Kamino, details the mandatory prerequisites, and outlines the platform permissions available for each user role.
Request account creation
To request an account for Kamino, email rm-support@equativ.com.
Provide the following information in your request:
- Email address: the address to link to the account.
- User role: the specific role to associate with the account.
The email address must be active in your company’s systems before you submit the request. Accounts cannot be generated for addresses that don't exist.
You will receive a user invitation email. Click the activation link and follow the instructions. The activation link is valid for 7 days.
A user associated with an organization can perform authorized actions (depending on the user's role) on all websites associated with the organization.
User roles
The following table describes the access levels for each user role:

| Account manager | Access to all campaign types and reporting. |
| Business manager | Access to all platform functionalities. |
| Global traffic manager | Access to all campaign types and campaign reporting. |
| Monetization traffic manager | Access to monetization campaigns and related reporting. |
| Self-promotion traffic manager | Access to self-promotion campaigns and related reporting. |
| Trade marketing traffic manager | Access to trade marketing campaigns and related reporting. |
| Viewer | Access to reporting only; cannot create campaigns or edit line items. |
