Upload files

Overview

You can upload files in the chat to provide context or creative assets to Maestro.

Maestro supports the following file upload workflows:

  • Creative asset upload: upload display images or video files directly to the chat. Maestro uploads the assets to the creative repository, links them to designated line items, and helps you activate line items that require hosted creatives.
  • Campaign input interpretation: upload campaign briefs and client emails (PDF, DOCX, TXT, or image formats such as JPG). Maestro reads unstructured briefs or email threads to identify campaign objectives, flight dates, budgets, KPI goals, and targeting requirements. It then drafts or updates campaigns, deals, and line items.
  • Sitelist creation and targeting: upload sitelists and media plans (CSV or XLS) containing domain or app lists. Maestro parses the lists and applies them as inventory inclusion or exclusion targeting to your deals or line items.

Example prompts

  • "Attach this video file to line item ID 12345 and activate the line item."
  • "Extract the flight dates, budget, and KPI goals from this PDF brief and create a draft campaign."
  • "Use the domains in this CSV sitelist as an exclusion list for deal ID 67890.
