Set up and manage campaigns

Overview

The Maestro AI agent simplifies campaign setup and management by guiding you through each step using natural language. It helps create advertisers, campaigns, and line items, and supports configuration of targeting, budgets, and settings while ensuring all required steps are completed.

Most of the workflow is automated, but some actions—such as uploading raw creative assets (images or videos)—might still require manual input.

 

How the workflow works

Campaign setup in Maestro follows a structured sequence. The AI agent assists you step by step, ensuring dependencies are respected:

  1. Create an advertiser.
  2. Create a campaign. At campaign level, you can configure:
    • Delivery capping and pacing: overall/daily budget or units, with Asap, Even, or Ahead delivery modes
    • Frequency capping: limit impressions per user over a chosen time period
    • Goals: KPI targets such as CTR, VCR, Viewability, CPC, or CPM
  3. Create and configure line items.
  4. Set targeting criteria.
  5. Add creatives.
  6. Activate the line item and campaign.

You can provide all details in a single prompt, but the agent will guide you interactively, asking for missing information and confirming each step before proceeding.

Interact with Maestro AI agent

To explore deals and obtain market context, follow these steps:

  1. Select Ask AI in the top-right corner of the page and enter your prompt.
  2. Provide any missing or unclear information when prompted. The agent will ask follow-up questions for each required input to complete the request and ensure that all inputs, such as advertiser, campaign settings, creatives, delivery capping, frequency capping, and goals, are provided before proceeding.
