Manage campaign information sharing and data export

Overview

This article explains how to share, extract, and export campaign and line item information in Kamino. It covers the Share info feature, which allows users to quickly copy formatted campaign details and links, as well as options for extracting configuration data and exporting line item settings to CSV for further analysis or reuse.

Information sharing

The Share info feature lets you quickly copy a formatted summary of a campaign or line item, along with a direct link to the corresponding page in the Kamino user interface. You can then paste the copied information into emails, chat messages, tickets, or other applications to easily share key details with others. 

The copied summary includes key parameters based on the item type, as outlined in the following table.

Campaign parameters

Parameter Description
Brand The brand associated with the campaign.
Budget The financial budget allocated to the campaign.
Campaign name The name assigned to the campaign.
Dates The start and end dates of the campaign.
Direct link A direct URL to the campaign in Kamino.
Status The current operational status of the campaign.
Website The website where the campaign runs.

Line item parameters (Guaranteed campaigns only)

Parameter Description
Brand The brand associated with the line item.
Budget The allocated budget, including dynamic budgets.
Campaign name The name of the parent campaign.
Dates The active dates for the line item.
Direct link A direct URL to the line item in Kamino.
Line item name The specific name assigned to the line item.
Mode The campaign mode—either Guaranteed or Sponsored Products.
Pacing The budget delivery speed configuration.
Status The current operational status of the line item.
Website The website where the line item is delivered.

Share information

You can access the sharing feature from multiple locations across the platform.

Campaigns

To share campaign information, follow these steps:

  • Global dashboard: In the campaign row, click the three-dot icon and select Share info.
  • Campaign list: In the campaign row, click the three-dot icon and select Share info.
  • Campaign page: Click Share info in the header of the campaign page.

Line items

To share line item information, follow these steps:

  • Global dashboard: Navigate to the eligible line item in the dashboard, click the three-dot icon in its row, and then select Share info.
  • Line item (Guaranteed only): Click Share info in the header of the line item page.

Data extraction

You can copy raw configuration data directly from the platform to share, analyze, or reuse when setting up campaigns. 

You can extract data for the following campaign parameters: 

  • Categories list 
  • Keywords list 
  • Product listing 
  • Product pages list

Extract data

To extract data, follow these steps:

  • Campaign page: Navigate to the individual line item in the table or within the product section. Then, in the campaign header, select Actions > Copy campaign.
  • Line item: Navigate to the individual line item in the table or within the product section. Click the Copy icon next to the parameter section you want to copy: Category, Search, or Product Page

Exporting data to CSV

You can export full line item configurations from the campaign settings. The generated CSV file includes the following data columns:

Column name Description
Campaign ID The unique identifier for the parent campaign.
Categories The specific categories where the line item is scheduled under the page targeting settings.
ID The specific unique identifier for the line item.
Level The entity level, which is set to "Line Item" for these entries.
Product Page The specific product pages where the line item is active under the page targeting settings.
Products A comma-separated list of product IDs included in your line item.
Search The targeted keywords configured for the line item under the page targeting settings.

Export data

To export data to CSV, open the campaign settings, select Access LI settings, and click Export CSV in the header.
