Creative enhancement parameters
When you select an enhancement, you might need to configure additional parameters. The available parameters depend on the enhancement type and the inventory it applies to.
Enhancement layout for instream CTV and OLV enhancements
For instream CTV and OLV enhancements, you can configure the visual placement and styling in the Enhancement Layout section. This section appears inside Additional Parameters > CTV / OLV, below any format-specific parameters.
To select an enhancement layout, follow these steps:

Layout category: Category defines where the enhancement appears relative to the video, such as Side Panel, Horizontal Panel, L-Shape, or Overlay.
To select a category, in the Layout section, click the relevant category card. ⓘ Note: the interface only displays categories that are relevant to your selected enhancement type. -
Position: The position defines where the enhancement appears within the category, such as Left, Right, Header, or Footer.
To select a position, go to the Position section and click the relevant position button. -
Theme: Theme defines the overall visual style of the enhancement, such as Light or Dark.
To select a theme, in the Theme section, select Light or Dark. ⓘ Note: some enhancements only support the dark theme.
A preview GIF appears after you select a valid combination of layout category, position, and theme. The preview updates when you change a selection. If the combination is incomplete, the preview clears.
Enhancement layout selection is required for all instream enhancements. The Apply button remains disabled until you select a complete layout combination and all other required parameters.
The Layout section is only visible when the selected enhancement supports instream CTV and OLV enhancements. It doesn't appear for display and outstream enhancements.
Captions
Available with: Instream, Outstream
Dynamic captions display burned-in text on video ads so viewers can read the message when the sound is off. This enhancement uses AI-generated captions by default and requires no additional configuration for outstream inventory.

Countdown
Available with: Display, Outstream
The countdown enhancement displays a live timer on your creative to build urgency for sales, events, or deadlines. ⓘ Note: this enhancement isn't available for instream inventory.

Default colors are #FFFFFF (white) for the background, #000000 (black) for the timestamp, and #000000 (black) for text.
Daily weather outlook
Available with: Instream, Outstream, Display
The daily weather outlook displays a daily forecast and environmental indicators for the city where the ad is served.

The headline enhancement adds text above or next to your creative to reinforce your message.

The QR code enhancement overlays a scannable code on your video or CTV ad that links to your landing page.
