Site-centric trackers

Overview

This article covers site-centric data tracking for key organic user interactions on your website and explains how to implement these events using the required endpoints and context parameters.

Site-centric data

Site-centric data captures key user interactions with your website and products. This data powers features such as audience targeting, yield optimization, keyword suggestions, and detailed insight reports. Track these events even when no ad interaction occurs to provide essential context about organic user behavior.

Organic add to cart

This event triggers when a user clicks an Add to Cart button from an organically listed product that doesn't come from a Kamino ad. Implement this event on any relevant page type, for example, product listing pages or product detail pages.

  • Endpoint: tracking/abp
  • Documentation: for more information, see Track ABP Event.

Make sure that you include context parameters, such as page_type or page_id, and keywords when applicable. These parameters enhance your reporting and targeting capabilities.

Organic sales

This event triggers when a user completes a purchase and lands on the order confirmation page. It must include full details of the purchased products.
