Delivery rules: region, state, and city targeting now supported

In delivery rules, the geography targeting has been extended to now support also region, state, and city targeting.

You can target multiple items, but they must be of the same type. For example, you can target multiple cities, but you cannot target a city and a state.

LiveRamp envelope decryption

Equativ is now able to decrypt and process the following identifiers from LiveRamp Identitiy Envelopes: RampID (LiveRamp's own ID), Unified ID 2.0 (UID2), PubLink ID (by Epsilon), European Unified ID (EUID), and Yahoo ConnectID. For increased coverage and bidder satisfaction, it is recommended that inventory suppliers working with LiveRamp start sending encrypted LiveRamp envelopes in bid requests to Equativ SSP.
