This document outlines the technical and general requirements for inline video creatives, including video and audio specifications.

General requirements

The following are the general requirements for inline video creatives:

• The container format must be mp4 (ISO/IEC 14496-14). 
• The video duration should be 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, or 60 seconds, and using a variety of durations provides the best viewer experience.

Video requirements

The following are the technical specifications for video files in inline video creatives:

• The video codec must be H.264 (ISO/IEC 14496-10). 
• The resolution must be 1920x1080. 
• The bitrate should be at least 15–20 Mbps, depending on the video footage. 
• The aspect ratio must be 16:9. T
• he framerate should be 25 or 30 fps. 
• The video must be deinterlaced.

Audio requirements

The following are the technical specifications for audio files in inline video creatives.

• The audio codec must be AAC LC (ISO/IEC 14496-3). 
• The sampling rate should be 48 or 96 kHz. 
• The bitrate should be 128 or 192 Kbps. 
• The channel layout must be stereo (L R). 
• The track layout must be a single audio track 2.0. 
• The loudness must comply with EBU-R128 (-23 LUFS, 11 LRA).
