This document explains how to use the deal list to monitor your deals.

The new deal list, described in this document, is rolled out to customer networks progressively. If it isn't available in your network yet, see Monitor deals (legacy) for detailed documentation.

  • Buyers: Filter deals by buyer.
  • Deal type: Filter by the following deal types:
    • Guaranteed deal
    • Preferred deal
    • Private auction
  • Delivery status: Filter by delivery status. The system checks the delivery status every 30 minutes.
    • Delivering: The deal was recently activated or has generated impressions within the last 12 hours. See “Example 1: Delivering”, later in this document.
    • Not delivering… : The deal isn't delivering because at least one of the following statuses applies:
      • Not delivering - No bid requests: The deal hasn't sent bid requests within the last 5 hours.
      • Not delivering - No bids: The deal hasn't received bid responses within the last 12 hours.
      • Not delivering - No winning bids: The deal hasn't received winning impressions (server-side impressions) within the last 12 hours.
      • Not delivering - No impressions: The deal hasn't received client-side impressions within the last 12 hours. See “Example 2: Not delivering - No Impressions”, later in this document.
  • Soon deactivated: The deal is active and sending bid requests but hasn't received bid responses for 8 consecutive months. The counter resets if the deal is paused, modified, or stops sending bid requests. The deal remains in Soon deactivated status for additional 4 months and then changes to status Deactivated.

Example 1: Delivering

The following timeline shows a deal with bid requests and a recent drop in impressions. The status is Delivering because the last impression occurred within the last 12 hours.

Example 2: Not delivering - No impressions

The following timeline shows a deal with bid requests and a drop in impressions. The status is Not delivering - No impressions because the deal received no impressions over the past 12 hours.
